1. What is a Cavlux saddle box?
A Cavlux saddle box is a refined storage and transport solution for equestrian equipment. Our models are tailored to the needs of children, juniors, and adult riders. Every piece is crafted from premium components – predominantly sourced in Germany – ensuring reliability and long-lasting durability.
2. What are Cavlux saddle boxes made of?
Each saddle box is built from certified plywood laminated with PVC flight-case foil and reinforced with aluminium fittings. We rely on proven, high-quality components – locks, hinges, and details supplied mainly by trusted German manufacturers. This makes Cavlux saddle boxes exceptionally resistant to heavy, everyday use.

3. What makes Cavlux different from others?

4. What models are available?
- Pony Rider – a compact box for the youngest equestrians,
- Junior Rider – a versatile model for juniors and young competitors,
- Superior Rider – for advanced riders and professionals,
- Alto – our largest model with extended capacity.
All models are offered in a variety of colours and fittings, crafted from certified European materials.
5. How many saddles fit in a Cavlux saddle box?
- Pony Rider – up to 1 saddle,
- Junior / Superior / Alto – up to 2 saddles.

6. How long does delivery take?
The standard lead time is 3–4 weeks from the date of order. Each saddle box is handmade from premium components, which makes the process precise and time-consuming. Selected models may be available from stock – if so, shipping is immediate after purchase.
7. How is delivery organised?
Every box is carefully packed and documented with photos before dispatch. Deliveries are made by freight companies across Poland and the EU.
Important: Please open the package in the presence of the courier and request a damage report if necessary. Without this protocol, transport-related claims cannot be processed.
You are also welcome to collect your saddle box personally at our headquarters in Gołańcz.

8. What warranty does Cavlux provide?
- 24 months for individual clients,
- 12 months for businesses.
The warranty covers material and production defects revealed under proper use. Thanks to premium certified components (primarily German), warranty cases are extremely rare.

9. What is not covered by the warranty?
- Damage from improper use (e.g., sitting or standing on the box, overloading, or using it as a platform),
- Scratches, dents, or chips caused by impact or falls,
- Damage caused by aggressive cleaning agents, moisture, or unauthorised modifications.

10. How can I file a warranty claim?
Send an email to info@cavlux.eu with:
- your order or invoice number,
- a description of the defect and when it occurred,
- photos documenting the issue.
We will review your claim within 14 days.

11. Can a damaged saddle box be repaired?
Yes – we offer paid servicing, including replacement of hinges, locks, wheels, and fittings. All spare parts are sourced from renowned European suppliers, mainly in Germany.

12. Are Cavlux saddle boxes waterproof?
Cavlux saddle boxes are not fully waterproof and should be stored under a roof or in dry conditions.
If exposed to rain, the box will not be damaged – simply dry it with a cloth and keep it in a dry space. The interior has no textile lining, which makes cleaning effortless.
Important: Do not clean with high-pressure washers (e.g., Karcher). A soft cloth and mild detergent are sufficient.

13. How should I care for my Cavlux saddle box?
- Wipe with a soft, damp cloth,
- Avoid aggressive chemicals,
- Do not sit or stand on the box,
- Protect against strong impacts – even the most durable box is not indestructible.

14. Are protective covers available?
Yes – Cavlux Rider boxes can be equipped with dedicated protective covers, shielding them from dust, dirt, and rain. They are sewn from durable PES fabrics with YKK zippers from Germany, guaranteeing long-term reliability.

15. How do I maintain a Cavlux protective cover?
- For heavy dirt, hand-wash at max. 30°C,
- Do not tumble-dry or iron – use a steamer if needed,
- Clean and lubricate zippers regularly (wax or zipper grease),
- Avoid pulling zippers by force or pressing heavy objects against them.

16. Are additional accessories available?
Yes. While our saddle boxes come fully equipped, we also offer additional accessories. If you need something not listed in the shop, write to us at info@cavlux.eu – we may be able to provide a customised solution.
