Who We Are and Where We Came From
It began with a simple question: Can everyday equestrian items combine elegance and functionality?
We sought the answer in the experience GoPack has gained over two decades – creating transport crates for the most demanding clients across Europe. There, we learned that durability, ergonomics, and refined details can transform everyday use into a pleasure.
Cavlux is a natural extension of this knowledge. We design as if each crate were meant to serve us – with reliability and utility in mind, which become everyday luxury. It's a combination of craftsmanship and timeless style.
Where does the name Cavlux come from?
It's a combination of two words:
- Cav – from cavallo (Italian for "horse") or cavalier (French for "rider"), alluding to the world of equestrianism.
- Lux – from luxury.
Together, they create Cavlux — a name that combines noble equestrian traditions with refined craftsmanship, lightness, and timeless aesthetics.
What sets us apart?
Cavlux combines craftsmanship precision with practical stable knowledge.
Every design progresses from the first sketch, through carefully selected raw materials and handcrafted construction, to ergonomics that meet the real needs of riders. Every element is carefully considered, and the lines are clean and harmonious. Proportions, textures, and colors create a cohesive whole, whose strength lies in its discreet, timeless form.
We create saddle boxes that withstand intensive use, endure transport, and help maintain order in all conditions. These are the rider's work tools, tailored to various needs—from training to competition.
We create saddle boxes that endure years of use and travel — everyday luxury built to last.
Why it works
Cavlux saddle boxes are designed to function reliably for years. The construction, fittings, finishes, and ergonomics—all designed with everyday use in mind.
We developed each model in dialogue with active riders—both competitors and enthusiasts. Their input helped refine the interiors, handles, zippers, proportions, and storage systems so that they function flawlessly in practice.
We consciously avoided solutions that only look good but don't perform—like fabric linings that are difficult to clean. Instead, we focused on durability, ease of care, and functionality that saves time and effort.
Our saddle boxes are everyday work tools that simply work—day after day, season after season.
