Can a Cavlux saddle box be customised to individual needs?

Sometimes a standard model is exactly what you need. Sometimes slightly different dimensions, an additional holder or a change to one element would make the saddle box better suited to a particular space or the way you use it. Cavlux is a saddle box manufacturer – we design and manufacture our models ourselves. This means that, in certain cases, we can modify a standard model or work with you to create a solution tailored to your individual requirements.

When is it worth adapting a standard model?

Often, the available space is the deciding factor. Your saddle box may have a specific place in the tack room or need to fit into a particular space in a horsebox. If a standard model suits you in terms of function and equipment but its dimensions do not fit the available space, send us the key measurements. We will check whether the construction allows for the required adjustment. Individual modifications can also involve the equipment or an additional feature – for example, a holder positioned to suit the way you use your riding gear.

You do not need to design your saddle box yourself

We do not need a finished design or a technical drawing. You know best where your saddle box will stand, what you want to keep inside it and what is missing from the standard solution. A photo of the space, the key measurements and a short description of what you need are often enough. Based on this information, we can assess the technical possibilities and suggest an appropriate solution. You know what you need. We know how to build a saddle box.

Custom-made does not mean anything is possible

Not every modification can or should be made. Different dimensions, a changed layout or additional elements must not compromise the construction or functionality of the saddle box. That is why we assess every non-standard modification from a technical perspective first. Sometimes we can make exactly what you have in mind. Sometimes another solution will work better. And sometimes we may advise against a particular modification. For us, an individual approach means not only flexibility, but also taking responsibility for what we manufacture.

A standard model or a saddle box tailored to you?

A custom solution is not always necessary. If one of the standard Cavlux models suits your equipment, available space and the way you use it, there is no reason to make a good solution unnecessarily complicated.
